Every pack was written for how that specialty documents: the note types it produces, the findings and numbers it restates all day, the drugs it orders with their usual doses, and the anatomy and abbreviations it uses. The general corpus stays in the mix, so a specialty session still reads like a hospital chart rather than a vocabulary list.

How a specialty pack works

Selecting a specialty loads its vocabulary file and mixes it into the stream at roughly half of the draws; the other half comes from the general corpus. The category chips filter both, the abbreviation toggle switches every pack phrase between spelled-out and shorthand forms, and the dosing slider attaches the pack's own doses to its drugs. AI Mode works on top of all of this. You can combine a specialty with a role, which changes which note types are emphasized.
